Fax machines are so yesterday .... (www.efax.com)
I signed up for www.efax.com and have been really happy with it. The faxes you receive come in as email and they have a handy client application to send your faxes. You need a scanner to scan in a paper document of course.

Yes you're right, fax machines are obsolete... and on top of efax, now you can have 4x cheaper and still as good service with www.popfax.com ! Not speking about the capability to send a fax everywhere for free with http://www.freepopfax.com . I love web 2.0!

I recently signed up for http://www.popfax.com and like it so far.
I can't believe I used an actual fax machine for as long as I did. It's so nice to not have to be by a fax machine to get a fax. Log in from anywhere and read/print or forward as needed.

I have used both, but Popfax.com Internet fax service is more appropriate. I like it!
